1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LifeMap AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Account and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Generating, uploading, or distributing sexually explicit, nude, pornographic, or NSFW content of any kind
• Generating content that depicts or promotes violence, self-harm, terrorism, or hate speech
• Uploading photos of individuals without their consent for AI processing
• Creating deepfakes or deceptive media intended to mislead or harm others
• Generating content that exploits, harms, or endangers minors in any way
• Using the Service to harass, defame, or discriminate against any person
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, circumvent, or disable any content moderation or safety features
• Using the Service for any fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity
• Interfering with or disrupting the Service or its infrastructure

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if you violate this Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may also be reported to law enforcement where applicable.

4. Content Moderation

LifeMap AI employs automated content moderation systems to detect and prevent the generation of prohibited content. We may review, remove, or refuse to process any content that violates our policies. Users who repeatedly violate these policies will be permanently banned.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclosure

LifeMap AI provides a user-friendly interface built on top of third-party AI models (including Google Gemini and OpenAI) to generate Life Scores, documentary videos, life stories, and photo restorations. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, OpenAI, or any other AI model provider.

AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or artifacts. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before sharing or publishing it.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, branding, and content structure, is owned by LifeMap AI or its licensors. You retain ownership of the original content you submit (photos, text responses). You grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation

Paid plans (Plus and Family) are billed monthly, starting from the date you subscribe. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.

We offer a 7-day refund on your first purchase if you are not satisfied. To request a refund, contact us at support@mimoir-ai.com.

Payments are securely processed by Creem. Your card details are never stored on our servers.

8. Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LifeMap AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damages resulting from AI-generated content.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
